Free Shipping: Valid on all orders with a minimum spend of ₹1,500 anywhere in India.

Standard Shipping: A nominal delivery fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout for orders under ₹1,500.

Delivery Timeline: Once your order is dispatched, your package will arrive within 1–7 business days, depending on your location.

Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Tracking Your Order

Lost or Damaged Packages

Your jewelry is fully insured during transit. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, or if your items arrive damaged, please email us within 48 hours at support@nilajewellery.com. We will work quickly with the carrier to arrange a free replacement.
