At Nila, we love celebrating our community. Our Rewards Program is our way of saying thank you for choosing us to be a part of your daily style.

How to Earn Points

Every time you shop, interact with us, or share your Nila experience, you earn points that can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases:

• Welcome Reward: Receive 150 WALLET instantly when you create an account on our website or mobile app.

• Shop & Earn: Earn 1 Point for every ₹10 spent on all qualifying purchases (excluding shipping fees, taxes, and gift card purchases).

• Write a Review: Earn 50 Points for sharing your thoughts on your purchased pieces, and an extra 100 Points if you upload a photo of you wearing them.

Redeeming Your Points

Your points translate directly into savings at checkout:

• 100 Points = ₹10 in store credit.

• Points can be applied at checkout on both nilajewellery.com and our official mobile apps.

• Points cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.

Points Expiry & Account Status

• Validity: Your points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. Any unused points will automatically expire after 12 months.

• Returns & Refunds: If you return a product for a refund, the points earned from that specific purchase will be deducted from your rewards balance. If you used rewards points to purchase an item that you later return, those points will be credited back to your account.

Program Abuse & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any rewards account if we detect fraudulent activity, system manipulation (such as creating multiple accounts to farm referral/welcome points), or any violation of our Terms & Conditions.
